BOURNEMOUTH is set to be shaken, stirred, and sizzled with the arrival of the award winning, nationally acclaimed, Be At One cocktail brand.

The new bar will be located in the heart of the town centre, just off Bournemouth Square, at the bottom of Richmond Hill, with the site currently being refurbished at an estimated cost of £500,000 before its opening in early August.

In addition, there has been a £6,000 investment into training the team of bartenders to ensure they know every cocktail off by heart, with regular competitions taking place across all the Be At One branches to highlight their skills.

The chain is famous for its extensive range of cocktails, which includes a virtuous range with healthier ingredients, lower alcohol content and unrefined sugar.

Concoctions include the Svenska Detox, a combination of spinach, kale, pineapple, lime, agave syrup and Absolut Citron, and Almond Mocha, which contains Kahlua, almond butter, raw chocolate powder, almond milks and palm sugar syrup.

Be At One also has a range of ice cream drinks and British summer cocktails.

Co-founder and director Steve Locke said: “We’re really excited to have secured this prominent site in the heart of Bournemouth, the area has long been on our target list and we are keen to be an active part of the Bournemouth and Dorset community.

"Our new site will very much have a classic Be At One feel to it and we are aiming to generate the unique atmosphere that we’re renowned for. We’re eager to get the site open as we move into summer and we are looking forward to a busy few months. Everyone is welcome at Be At One and our aim is to deliver a great experience with high-quality cocktails, a warm, friendly service, in a fun atmosphere.”
