UP to 100 emergency services and military personnel will be carrying out an exercise at Lulworth Camp next week.
Purbeck District Council and the Armour Centre will also be involved in the exercise, which will be conducted within the boundary of the camp.
The exercise, which takes place on Thursday, October 12, has been planned to "minimise disruption to the local population," a spokesperson on behalf of the organisations said.
"You may notice some extra traffic in the area, including emergency vehicles, and access to Lulworth Camp will be restricted to those participating in the exercise.
"We expect that residents and businesses will not be
affected by any significant disruption on the day; however we are providing this advance notification as a courtesy," they added.
