AN INQUEST has opened into the death of a missing man who was found in his boss’s property.

Valiant Patrick Dickson, 41, was confirmed dead at the scene in Bournemouth by paramedics on March 3, 2024.

Area coroner for Dorset, Brendan Allen, opened the inquest into his death at Bournemouth Town Hall on April 24.

Coroner’s officer, Lisa Dytham, told Dorset Coroner’s Court that Valiant was born in India and lived on Mallard Road at the time of his death.

He was a property manager and was married to Anna Dickson.

The court heard Valiant had gone missing before his death, which was out of character.

He was later found deceased at an address in Meyrick Park Crescent, belonging to his boss.

Ms Dytham said Valiant was found “slumped against a radiator” and paramedics later confirmed him as deceased.

Police have stated there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

A post-mortem examination by Dr Albadry found Valiant’s provisional cause of death to be cerebral hypoxia, nitrogen inhalation and plastic bag suffocation.
