CHRISTMAS has come early and romance is in the air at Bournemouth’s town hall.
Film crews from Bournemouth-based BH Movies and Reel One Entertainment have been at the civic centre this week working on A Merry Royal Christmas.
The film stars Kathryn Davis and Riley Neldam as ‘love-struck leads’ and is directed by local duo Tim Clague and Danny Stack.
Produced by Adam J Merrifield Producing, the movie will be streaming this holiday season.
The movie promises love, humour and grand royal wedding, although the plot is under wraps until Christmas.
A spokesperson for BH Movies said: “We are ecstatic to continue to work with and support the local creative community bring investment which showcases the region and its talent.
“A Merry Royal Christmas is the third collaboration between BH Movies and Reel One Entertainment and whilst we cannot reveal any information about the plot we can confirm we are filming at the town hall this week with our final day in the area tomorrow.”
The film is the fifth feature film the company has produced since its inception three years ago, all of which have been produced in the Bournemouth area.
These include A Very English Christmas, which is streaming on Paramount Plus, and To England, With Love on Amazon.
