BOSS Gary Bailey admitted he was “pretty much done” with his summer recruitment after announcing the signing of Max Buckler.

Buckler, who joins brother Sam at Grove Corner for the upcoming campaign, is another added to the list of players arriving at the island outfit from Bridport’s squad last season.

Speaking about the addition of the midfielder, Bailey told Echosport: “Max obviously went travelling and missed the end of the season at Bridport but he has come back now and is in good shape.

“He is looking good and we are looking forward to getting him involved in the upcoming pre-season friendlies.

“It is another great addition. He plays in midfield and offers competition for places.”

He added: “You can’t have too many good players, we have good balance in the squad and I am pretty much done now. I am not looking to add.

“Myself and the coaches are very comfortable with who we have got and it’s down to the players now to stake a claim for a starting berth.”
