BALTI Sports manager Marco Nott anticipates a “difficult game” against Hamworthy Recreation as the Dorset Premier League leaders travel to the Hamworthy Club tomorrow (3pm).

Nott, whose side has a poor record at their opponents’ ground, admitted he has “quite a lot of respect” for them ahead of the clash.

He told Echosport: “It’s going to be a really tough game. I’ve got quite a lot of respect for them and they play some good football.

“We’ve never won when we’ve gone up there. It’s going to be a difficult game, that’s for sure.”

Nott is able to welcome back a host of defenders for the match, having had to construct a makeshift backline for the 3-3 draw with Hamworthy United Reserves on Saturday.

He said: “We’ve probably got a few defensive players back. It should balance the defence out again really. Ricky (Lane) also comes back, he had a wedding last week so that’s a big boost for us.

“Shane Lock is away and Dan Austin and Josh Burton are both at a wedding, there’s a couple of players carrying knocks as well.

“We haven’t had a full-strength side to choose from. Hopefully with winter coming there will be less weddings!”
