PORTLAND United and Bridport have been handed winnable FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round ties against Clevedon Town and Wellington AFC respectively.

Brendon King's Blues travel to Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Clevedon, who occupy a position in the ninth tier of English football, identical to King's Sydenhams Wessex Premier Division side.

Bridport, meanwhile, have been drawn at home to fellow Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Wellington AFC.

Both ties will take place on Saturday, August 11 with the winners receiving £2,250 in prize money and the losers £750.

Should Portland be successful, they will play Bitton or Tavistock at home for a place in the first qualifying round.

Bridport would face Hallen or Longwell Green Sports if triumphant against Wellington.

Last season Portland lost in the preliminary round while Bridport staged a remarkable run to the third qualifying round, eventually losing 2-1 to National League South side St Albans.
