TWO roads in Wimborne town centre will be closed overnight later this week for resurfacing work.
West Borough from south of Priors Walk and The Square will be closed at night from Thursday, September 24, to Saturday, September 26.
The road will be closed between the hours of 7pm and 6am.
While the work is taking place the one-way traffic order in West Street will be revoked to allow two-way traffic.
Engineers from Dorset Council will be repairing sections of the road, with a diversion in place via Stone Lane, St Margaret's Hill, Victoria Road and West Street.
The local authority said in the current financial climate, the highways service has had to focus its budge on targeting the most damaged sections or roads and areas with safety issues.
