CRISPIN ASSANAH, aged 46 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admits entering Co-op in Ashley Road, Poole, on February 6 which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on January 13, 2022. Committed to prison for six months, suspended for 12 months. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs.

AHMED ELBASRY, aged 38 and of Marina Close, Bournemouth, admits damaging a Mazda motor vehicle belonging to a man in The Marina, Bournemouth, on September 7, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also admits damaging a Peugeot motor vehicle belonging to a man in The Marina, Bournemouth, on September 7, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also admits damaging an Audi motor vehicle belonging to a woman in The Marina, Bournemouth, on September 7, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. JESSICA LISSETTE GORE, aged 33 and of Seagrim Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Citroen motor car in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, on June 17, 2022, without due care and attention. Fined £150. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits being the driver of a Citroen motor car owing to the presence of which in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, an accident occurred on June 17, 2022, whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, namely Ford van, and she failed to stop. ANDREW JOHN GARNER, aged 51 and of no fixed abode, admits being drunk and disorderly in Grants Close, Bournemouth, on February 18. Fined £50.

CHRISTCHURCH

GABRIEL DE FARIA SILVA, aged 27 and of St Jude’s Road, Englefield Green, Egham, admits driving a Volkswagen Golf in Barrack Road, Christchurch, on June 24, 2020, with 17 micrograms of MDMA per litre of blood. Fined £675. To pay £68 surcharge and £250 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Committed to prison for three months. To pay £187 surcharge. Also admits attending an address in Poole and having contacting with a person on February 19, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on April 22, 2022. Committed to prison for three months consecutive. Overall length of sentence six months.

PURBECK

MARK SMITH, aged 45 and of Flower Meadow Lane, Harman’s Cross, convicted of using a Citroen panel van in High Street, Swanage, on June 3, 2021, without insurance. Fined £660. To pay £81 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also admits using a Citroen panel van in High Street, Swanage, on June 3, 2021, without a MOT test certificate. Fined £146.
