DEXTER MARK ROGERS, aged 36 and of Old Barn Close, Ringwood, admits driving a motor vehicle on Zig Zag Hill, East Melbury, on July 3, 2022, with 117 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Fined £500. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Also admits driving a motor vehicle on Zig Zag Hall, East Melbury, on July 3, 2022, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for eight weeks, consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. Also admits knowing that a conveyance had been taken without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority drove the said conveyance in Zig Zag Hill, East Melbury on July 3, 2022. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Zig Zag Hill, East Melbury, on July 3, 2022, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

NORTH DORSET

CAIN THOMAS BARRETT, aged 18 and of Knights Close, Blandford St Mary, admits damaging a front door belonging to a woman in Blandford St Mary on February 18. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.

JORDAN LEWIS KING, aged 24 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 8, 2022, by failing to attend supervision as instructed on October 17, 2022, October 24, 2022, and November 21, 2022. To pay £60 costs. Fined £500.

WAYNE MICHAEL WRIGHT, aged 56 and of Constitution Hill Road, Poole, admits assaulting a man by beating him at Cooper Dean Roundabout, Bournemouth, on April 17, 2022. Committed to prison for nine weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £250 compensation.

PURBECK

JOEL JOHN DAY, aged 40 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A351 Norden, Corfe Castle, on November 22, 2022, with 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £100. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Also admits driving a motor vehicle on the A351 Norden, Corfe Castle, on November 22, 2022, with 200 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £100. Driving record endorsed.

CHRISTOPHER ELSDEN, aged 59 and of St Martin’s Place, Sandford, admits driving a motor vehicle in Longfleet Road, Poole, on November 9, 2022, with not less then 225 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £20 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
