BOURNEMOUTH

TAYLOR PAUL REES, aged 25 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a BMW in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on October 16, 2022, with 95 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £450. To pay £180 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

NEW FOREST

LIBERTY ANNE BUTTERFIELD, aged 24 and of Knighton Park, Barton-on-Sea, admits driving a BMW 116 in The Avenue junction with Western Road, Poole, on February 14 with 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

NORTH DORSET

SPENCER FABIEN, aged 52 and of Horsefields, Gillingham, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Gillingham on July 17, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £100 compensation, £26 surcharge and £300 costs.

FRAZER TAO STURNEY, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a Ford Transit in High Street North, Poole, on November 18, 2022, with seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in five days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a Ford Transit in in High Street North, Poole, on November 18, 2022, with 200 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Community order made. Driving record endorsed.

LUCY PATRICIA JANE SUMNER, aged 25 and of Russell Gardens, Poole, admits stealing goods belonging to Tesco in Dolphin Quays, Poole, on October 12, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £32 compensation, £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits stealing goods belonging to Tesco in Dolphin Quays, Poole, on October 12, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
