DANIEL HARVEY THOMPSON, aged 37 and of Coleman Road, Kinson, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 26, 2019, by failing to attend appointments as directed on September 24, 2022, and January 7. Community order revoked. Fined £50.

BRADLEY TRAVIS WATERS, aged 21 and of Passchendaele Road, Bulford, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wimborne Road, Winton, on March 23 with 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

CLIVE PATRICK RIGG, aged 74 and of Downey Close, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on January 11. Fined £50. Also admits assaulting PC Docherty, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on January 11. Fined £150. MICHAEL JOHN LEE, aged 55 and of Ashley Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 4, 2022, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on June 16, 2022. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge and £85 costs.

ANTHONY MICHAEL JARVIS, aged 37 and of Brassey Road, Winton, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 13, 2020, by failing to attend appointments as directed on September 30, 2022, and December 14, 2022. Community order revoked. Fined £60. To pay £60 costs.

OWEN SACALA, aged 43 and of Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing two bottles of whisky to the value of £70 belonging to Tesco in New Milton on January 19. To pay £70 compensation.

CARL NICKY EDWARD MARSHALLSAY, aged 47 and of Hunt Road, Christchurch, admits stealing two bottles of wine valued at £22 belonging to BP Garage in Somerford Road, Christchurch, on February 17. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 compensation, £26 surcharge and £85 costs.

JUSTIN LEWIS WINDLE, aged 48 and of North Lodge Road, Poole, admits when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 14, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 29-day accredited Thinking Skills Programme and take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £114 surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on July 30, 2021, for an offence of section 5 Public Order Act. CARLA MARIE VAUGHAN, aged 58 and of Winston Avenue, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Winston Avenue, Poole, on October 9, 2022, with 143 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £350. To pay £140 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

SABRINA JAYNE JEWELL, aged 34 and of Mellow Stock Crescent, Wareham, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended order made on December 19, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on December 20, 2022, December 28, 2022, and January 6. Suspended sentenced imposed on December 19, 2022, for the offences of theft varied. Committed to prison for a term of eight weeks, suspended for 18 months.
