CHLOE SEWELL, aged 33 and of Brassey Road, Bournemouth, admits using a Volkswagen Beetle in Croft Road, Poole, on February 26 without insurance. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. To pay £96 surcharge. Also admits driving a Volkswagen Golf in Croft Road, Poole, on February 26 without a licence, the Secretary of State having on March 4, 2020, refused to grant such a licence and since that earlier time she had not been granted a licence to drive a motor vehicle. Fined £207. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. To pay £85 costs and £83 surcharge.

POOLE

PAUL MICHAEL JOSEPH LAWLOR, aged 59 and of Bellamy Close, Fulham, admits damaging telephones to a woman in Upton on April 7. Fined £100. To pay £100 compensation, £40 surcharge and £85 costs.

JOHN STEVEN AYRES, aged 51 and of Yetminster Road, Canford Heath, admits stealing a bottle of whiskey and a pack of ice cream valued at £22.50 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on February 25. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on October 15, 2022, for an offence of theft. No action taken on breach.

ARTUR STASZCZYK, aged 33 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ashley Road, Poole, on January 21 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
