DANIEL LUKE PARK, aged 32 and of Montgomery Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 22, 2022, with greater than 30 micrograms of methylamphetamine per litre of blood. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100. To pay £114 surcharge and £200 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 22, 2022, without insurance. No separate penalty. DANIEL PAUL WESTON, aged 44 and of Muscliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Lambert, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on January 8. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £200 compensation, £26 surcharge and £150 costs.

DAVID OSBOURNE, aged 40 and of Rose Road, Southampton, admits being drunk and disorderly at Boscombe Pier on May 26. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £40 surcharge.

NEW FOREST

KYRIL KLIMOVITCH, aged 39 and of Clarks Close, Ringwood, admits failing to comply with a direction given to him under section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in that he returned to the underpass by Fountain Roundabout, Christchurch, within the exclusion period specified in the direction on June 23. Fined £100. To pay £50 costs and £40 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on December 9, 2022, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

POOLE

ADRIAN JOHN PARRETT, aged 42 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 2 by failing to comply with his probation office appointment on June 13. Fined £50. To pay £60 costs.

CHARLIE HUGHES, aged 30 and of Wimborne Road, Lytchett Matravers, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on February 4, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must not enter The Dancing Jug, Poole Road, Bournemouth, for six months and take part in up to 10 days of days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £250 compensation, £95 surcharge and £250 costs.

PURBECK

SHANNON BIRD, 28 and of Victoria Avenue, Swanage, admits being drunk and disorderly in Kingland Road, Poole, on May 26. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £40 surcharge.
