THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

GREGORY KEITH JONES, 70 and of Castle Farm Road in Lytchett Matravers, was found guilty of failing to give information to police on March 9, 2023, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He also got six points on his licence.

STEPHEN MATTHEW SMITH, 52 and of Winton in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for 14 days.

VAIDAS KARENIAUSKAS, 29 and of Regents Park Road in Southampton, admitted theft after stealing clothing from The Salvation Army charity shop in Poole Road on November 4, 2023. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KACPER HAZA, 29 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of Class B and Class A drugs after being found with 2.04g of cannabis and 0.20g of cocaine in Longfleet Road in Poole on November 22, 2023. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATEUSZ SZULECKI, 24 and of Blandford Road in Poole admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on November 18, 2022. He was fined £120.

YASMIN MCCUE, 32 and of East Howe Lane in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following her release from prison. A supervision default order was made with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring.

ALEX SORRELL, 34 and of Dorset Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood to police when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Bournemouth on October 17, 2023. He also admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath to police when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Bournemouth, and failing to stop for police in Christchurch, both on December 24, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until March 13, 2025, and was disqualified from driving for 48 months. He was also fined £240 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

IULIAN VEACRELU, 33 and of Castle Street in Poole, admitted speeding and driving whilst disqualified on the A31 Ringwood Road at St Leonards on January 21. He was disqualified from driving for seven months. He was also fined £320, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

AMANDA PERRY, 52 and of Mudeford Lane in Christchurch, admitted driving under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine, and while without insurance or a licence in Southampton Road in Hampshire on September 12, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ADRIAN STRATTON, 63 and of Burnham Road in Christchurch, admitted drink driving and obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty in Moorside Road in Bournemouth on January 22. He was handed a community order lasting until December 14, 2024, and disqualified from driving for 2 years. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £50, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
