THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

ALICJA MARKIEWICZ, 39 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Poole Police Station on December 3, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months. She was also fined £480, ordered to pay costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £192.

KELLYMARIE COOPER, 34 and of Yarrow Close in Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman at Lookout Holiday Park in Stoborough on February 19, 2023. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £250.

MACIEJ ADAM DREWIECKI, 35 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving, fraudulently using registration plate, and driving without insurance and a licence, in Bournemouth on September 25, 2023. He was also convicted while under a community order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on February 22, 2023. The community order was revoked, and a new one was made running until April 10, 2025, with a requirement to complete 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £85.

GARY MARTIN TROWBRIDGE, 46 and of Ameys Lane in Ferndown, was found guilty of failing to give information to Dorset Police on January 14, 2023, and on April 10, 2023, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was disqualified from driving for six months. He was also fined £1320, ordered to pay costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £528.

IONUT GABRIELLE HUDISTEANU, 32 and of Lockridge Close in Blandford, admitted drink driving in East Street in Blandford Forum on December 25, 2022. He was disqualified from driving for six months, and handed a community order running until April 11, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

MARK HUGGINS, 39 and of Chine Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test at Bournemouth Police Station on January 5. He was jailed for 14 weeks and disqualified from driving for three years.

ROBERT WILLIAMS, 73 and of Wood Lane in Poole, admitted two counts of making indecent photograph / pseudo-photograph of a child, after being in possession of 26 category C images and 12 category B images in Poole between June 24, 2019 and August 4, 2022. He was handed a community order lasting until April 11, 2025 and made subject to a five year long Sexual Harm Prevention Order. He has also been ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.

MATTHEW HANNA, 21 and of Kingsbridge Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing household items to the value of £35.95 from the Co-op in Upton on January 7, 2024. He admitted theft of a pedal cycle after stealing a bike from Blandford Close in Poole on April 20, 2023. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being found with cannabis in Windsor Road in Poole on August 31, 2023. He admitted burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, after entering The Ark in Poole Park Road with intent to steal between August and 11, 2023. He was handed a 12 week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £150 in compensation.
